Book an Appointment
When you book an appointment the time slot, plus 30 minutes, for cleaning and turning over the room is reserved for you and only you. A credit or debit card will be required to make this reservation. At the time of your appointment you may choose to use that method of payment or you may choose to use another accepted form of payment. Accepted forms of payment are credit/debit card, venmo, apple cash, or cash. Cancellations and rescheduled appointments will be handled according to the following policy.
CANCELLATION and RESCHEDULE POLICY – a client may cancel or reschedule their appointment, up to 48 hours before the appointment start time, free of charge by clicking on the button in the confirmation email or by texting 970-441-0069. To cancel an appointment 24-48 hours before the start time, please text 970-441-0069 and a cancellation fee of 50% of the REGULAR session price will be charged to the card on file. Cancellations within 24 hours of the session start time will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the sessions REGULAR price. In the case of a true emergency, exceptions may be made on a case to case basis. I understand that not everything is in our control so please feel like you can talk to me! I am also a massage client and understand the frustration of having a therapist cancel last minute. As a result, if I am forced to cancel or reschedule with less than 24hrs notice, your next session will be 100% free. If I’m forced to cancel or reschedule with 24 to 48hrs notice, your next session will be 50% of the price you would have otherwise paid. By continuing to schedule an appointment, you agree to this cancellation policy.
