Meet Jen Jaramillo, LMT, CMT

Owner of Holistic Journeys - Health & Wellness, LLC, Licensed Massage Therapist, and Certified Meditation Teacher

Jen provides meditation and therapeutic massage and energy work services to help people take control of their health and wellness! She is a provider that understands, that in order for these services to be safe, beneficial, and holistic, she cannot disregard science or exclude western forms of medicine! Jen has had her own personal experiences with many of the same things her clients come to her seeking relief for, giving her understanding and compassion that you can’t find in every provider. Its Jen’s own journey that has caused her to fulfill the desire to help others!

Jen grew up in Wyoming and found her home in Colorado in 2014. She spends most of her spare time with friends and family. Jen became a Usui Reiki Master in 2013, while in pursuit of her own health and wellness and has learned many other energy work modalities as a student at Mayastar Academy as well. In December of 2017, Jen graduated from Denver School of Massage Therapy and obtained her license to practice in Colorado in January of 2018. In March of 2021, she became a 100hr Certified Meditation Teacher.
